We believe in the power of community and the importance of working together to achieve our goals. At Hidn Trezher, Inc., we empower individuals and communities to create lasting change.

Prevention is an ongoing process of changing community norms and individual behaviors. Hidn TrezHER, Inc. participates and hosts events for sharing information about impact of sexual assault on health, wealth, and the community, promoting community resources, and establishing new relationships in the community. Events can help reinforce existing prevention messages, mobilize community members, and engage new partners in prevention.

Our Programs include:

Sexual Assault Awareness Events with Community Leaders
Awareness Campaigns (Support Partner Organizations)
Paint the Night Teal Awards (Last Weekend of April)

18th Annual Women of Color Network Conference

We were invited to host a workshop for the community of leaders and survivors in the Sexual Assault space.

The workshop was on Building a Supportive Community for Survivors using the 4Cs:

Circle of People
Customs of Survivors
Culture of Survivors
Cultivation of Opportunities

We received great feedback on the tips. This post highlights the "Building the Circle".
