Annual Maryland Women of Color Network (MWOCN) Sexual Violence Prevention Conference is a premier professional development opportunity dedicated to advancing sexual violence prevention and response. Hosted by the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA), the Maryland Department of Health, and Bowie State University, this conference serves as a vital networking and training event for professionals from rape crisis centers, government agencies, faith-based organizationscommunity-based organizations, community leaders, and students. Attendees will increase their knowledge and skills in sexual violence prevention, trauma-informed practices, and culturally relevant approaches.
